Description:
This wine is made from the Maccabeau grape which is used in White Rioja and Cava. It is a brilliant yellow in colour with an attractive green bloom. Brissonet is an aromatic, fruity white which has the bouquet of exotic fruits and flavours of melon, pineapple, almonds and apples with a good balance between acidity and alcohol.
This is a great wine for food - it will pair well with summer salads, chilled soups, fruits and fish including tuna, cod and scampi. It also goes well with Mediterranean and Moroccan cuisine.
