Well rounded, expressive Left Bank style Claret with complex aromas and smooth tannins. Classic flavours of cassis (blackcurrant liqueur), black cherry and rich raspberry with notes of mint, liquorice and green bell pepper. Medium bodied, fruity and firm with excellent balance. Good finish with an undertone of redcurrant. Stylish and silky.

50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. 13% abv. 75cl.

Rich and smooth Left Bank style Claret with a beautiful palette of aromas. Fine tannins and good structure. Nice ripe flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry and plum with notes of oak, laurel, liquorice and leather. Fresh, very smooth in the mouth with a long lingering finish. Cellaring potential 2 – 5 years.

50% Merlot , 40% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. 13% abv. 75cl.

Full bodied and intense Claret from the Castillon region. Beautifully deep flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry and plum compote with nuances of cocoa, leather and violets. Lifted by floral aromas of violets. The powerful impression on the palate combines fullness and silkiness. A long lasting finish with elegant notes of black fruit and mild spices.

70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot. 12.5% abv. 75cl.

Traditional, classic Claret from the Cotes de Blaye on the Right Bank.  Mellow and refined with good balance and structure.  Flavours of black cherry, ripe blackberry and liquorice with a touch of earthiness, pepper and vanilla.  Satiny smooth.

60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc.  13.5% abv.  75cl.

Often described as hedonistic, Mathilde is the Second Wine of Right Bank Grand Cru Classe Chateau La Fleur Morange in Saint Emilion.  The 2007 is a graceful wine; beautifully smooth with fabulous flavours of black cherry, blueberry, mocha and earthy undertones.  Concentrated but pure.  Fine tannins and velvety texture.
