1 bottle of Chateau Mathilde de La Fleur Morange 2007 – The Second Wine of Saint Emilion Grand cru Classe Chateau La Fleur Morange. Often described as hedonistic this has fabulous flavours of balck cherry, blueberry, mocha and earthy undertones.
2 bottles of Chateau Ballan Larquette, Bordeaux Clairet – Oscar winning Clairet (Bordeaux’s historic ‘other’ Rose which is made like a red wine). Glorious flavours of crushed strawberries, blackcurrants and ripe red cherries with notes of passion fruit and pomegranate. Smooth, deep and well structured.
