This classic Cabernet Sauvignon is made by the Negociant House of Jean Baptiste Audy, owners of several chateaux in Pomerol and Saint Emilion (including Chateaux Bonalgue and du Courlat). Founded in 1906 Jean Baptiste Audy have over a century of expertise.
This wine is from the Bourotte Selection – a specialist cuvee overseen by Pierre Bourotte, the grandson of the founder Jean Baptiste Audy. Since 2003 Pierre has been joined by his son Jean Baptiste, a HEC graduate who worked for a number of years for luxury goods house Cartier in South America and in Europe. Together they have continued to develop the Negociant House and the vineyards, creating the best wines from the best terroirs.
Jean Baptiste Audy’s Cabernet Sauvignon pairs very well with grilled rump steak, lamb chops, venison and strong flavoured cheese.
